Is the one-on-one rate the same in every service?
Yes — $250 per one-hour call with Nicole Montgomery, in Individual CFO Advisory, Tax Services, Accounting Services, and Fractional CFO alike. Paid in advance. Note: the Individual CFO Advisory lane starts with the $299 Audit Review, which includes your first call.
How is tax pricing set?
By the 2026 starting prices above: $375 Individual, $650 Self-Employment, $750 Small Business, and $950 Mid-Size Business. Final pricing varies with the forms and complexity of your return, and is confirmed from your tax questionnaire before filing begins. A $65 non-refundable enrollment deposit applies; a $150 non-refundable rush deposit covers filing within 24 business hours of receiving all documents.
How is accounting pricing set?
By the number of bank and credit accounts you have and your monthly expenses — from $149/month on the Individual Plan to $1,500/month on the Corporate Plan, each plus a one-time set-up fee. Prior-month catch-up is priced per month by plan, and billing is monthly or annual, paid at enrollment.
Why is Fractional CFO quoted instead of priced?
